NCCU'S MOORE SCORES NINE POINTS IN L.A. CLIPPERS VICTORY

     DURHAM, N.C. -- Former North Carolina Central University men's basketball standout and current Los Angeles Clippers summer league forward Jonathan Moore scored nine points during the Clippers 94-78 victory over the Denver Nuggets in the final game of the 2005 Reebok Vegas Summer League.
     Moore, a 6-8 forward from Raleigh, NC, shot 4-of-12 from the field and 1-of-1 from the foul line, while adding two offensive rebounds and two steals in 11 minutes of play on Friday (July 15). 
     Playing in three of the Clippers five games, Moore averaged 5.0 points and 1.3 rebounds in 7.7 minutes per game.
     Moore amassed 845 points, 387 rebounds, 132 assists, 96 steals and 54 blocked shots in just two seasons at NCCU, after transferring from East Carolina University.
