HAMPTON, VA – The North Carolina Central University
Lady Eagles swept the CIAA weekly softball awards list for the week of

Tallying six appearances last week, Greene collected
27 strikeouts, held the opposition to a .220 batting average and tallied
a 5-0 record with a 2.06 ERA (earned run average).
Sutton's week included 21 assists and 14 putouts
from her shortstop position, while batting .276 (8-for-29) with four RBI.
Keen led the Lady Eagles to an undefeated

and Elizabeth City State. In game one against Bowie State on March
22, NCCU scored five runs in the final inning, including four runs with
two outs, to pull out a 10-9 victory. The Lady Eagles remain undefeated
