2000-01 Meet Results/Schedule

HEADLINES:
  NCCU sophomore Jason Smoots win national championship of the 100-meter dash. Junior Kennisha Moten earns first individual All-America honors.

  Two NCCU student-athletes - sophomore Jason Smoots and junior Kennisha Moten - have advanced to the finals of their respective events at the 2001 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships on the campus of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.

  Four NCCU student-athletes - Jason Smoots, Kennisha Moten, Angela Brown and Katerina Glosova - will compete in the 2001 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships

Jason Smoots named Men's Most Outstanding Track Athlete at 2001 CIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, while Katerina Glosova wins conference championships in the women's 1500 and 3000 meter runs.

   Sophomore Jason Smoots sweeps sprints at Tar Heel Invitational

   Sophomore Jason Smoots wins the men's 55-meter dash to claim individual national champion honors at the 2001 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships.

    NCCU sophomore Jason Smoots becomes CIAA Indoor Track Champion in 55-meter dash.

    NCCU sophomore Jason Smoots wins 60-meter dash at Virginia Tech Inviational.

    NCCU sophomore Katerina Glosova wins NCAA Southeast Regional Cross Country Championship.

    NCCU sophomore Katerina Glosova repeats as CIAA Women's Cross Country Champion.
