     CHAPEL HILL, NC -  North Carolina Central University sophomore Maurice Gailey won the men's 100-meter dash (10.77) at the Carolina Fast Times Meet in Chapel Hill, N.C. on Saturday.
     Gailey, a computer science major and a native of Pensacola, Fla., was also the fastest collegiate finisher in the men's 200m dash, finishing second overall with a time of 21.28 seconds. 
     The NCCU swept the men's relays, winning the 4x100m relay with a time of 40.71 seconds and the 4x400m relay with a time of  3:13.80.
