NCCU VOLLEYBALL FALLS TO LIBERTY IN FINAL ROAD MATCH
The North Carolina Central University Eagles were unable to overcome a slow start in falling to Liberty University Tuesday night, 3-0 (17-30, 15-30, 15-30).
Shari Matthews and Anielle DaSilva each led the Eagles with 11 kills. Rachel Lloyd led the way for NCCU defensively with 12 digs.
Liberty was led by Jessica Nelson who pounded out 15 kills.
