DURHAM, NC -- North Carolina Central University junior guard Jennifer Hukill
tied a school record with eight three-point field goals during a 75-43

Hukill, a native of Greensboro, N.C. who transferred

long range shooting, matching the record set by Ardrina Porter against
USC-Aiken on Nov. 14, 1998.
As a team, NCCU made 12-of-23 three-point
field goals (52.2 percent), the most by the Lady Eagles since making 14
triples against Saint Augustine's on Jan. 26, 2002.
NCCU senior forward Cassie King and freshman
forward Jori Nwachukwu contributed double-doubles. King amassed 11 points
and 13 rebounds for her 38th career double-double, while Nwachukwu collected
10 points and 13 boards for the fourth double-double of her rookie season.
