The Environmental Law Society is sponsoring a Cox’s Mountain trail hike at Eno River State Park from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19.

Cox Mountain trail features a hanging bridge and the highest elevation in Eno River State Park. The trail is at the Few’s Ford entrance of the park.

Hikers who want to carpool should meet at the Law School entrance at 12:30 p.m. Otherwise, hikers may pick up directions and maps to the trail from the receptionist’s desk of the law school on or after Oct. 17.

The Cox Mountain trail is 3.75 miles. The trailhead parking lot has picnic tables, restrooms, phones and is wheelchair accessible.
