| Wright and Williams earn CIAA honors |

Junior Ayana Wright and freshman Porché Williams were named CIAA “Player of the Week” and “Rookie of the Week” in volleyball for the week of Sept. 22 -28. Wright, a 5' 11" middle hitter from Waverly, Va., amassed 65 kills, 21 blocks and a team-best 34.9 hitting percentage during. Williams, a 5' 11" sophomore from Long Beach, Ca., earned her third “CIAA Rookie of the Week” honor as she amassed 68 kills, 26 digs and 5 blocks for that week. |
