Students and community participants round the bend in the First Lady Walk-a-Thon. The walk-a-thon raised awareness of the need for organ and bone marrow donations. It also raised money for NCCU’s service learning program.

Walking for a cause
About a hundred people braced the cold weather to walk and raise money for a good cause last Saturday. The First Lady Walk-a-Thon brings awareness of the need for bone marrow and organ donors.
