Spring rolls in with a heavy thunderstorms.
A heavy thunderstorm rolled in during night classes at the Farrison-Newton Communications Building March 26. Students watched as lightning flickered over the school football stadium. The first day of Spring arrived March 20th,
and students were treated to warm weather in the upper 60s all week.

Aggie-Eagle Classic may move to Charlotte
After eight years of playing at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh, the annual Aggie-Eagle Classic will be changing locations and moving to Charlotte where the game was played at the Memorial Stadium in 1988 and ’89.

Ammons to be installed
N.C. Central University Chancellor James H. Ammons will be installed Saturday, April 6 at the McLendon-McDougald Gymnasium at 10 a.m. The official installation comes at the end of an entire week of events celebrating NCCU’s new chancellor. [Go to article]


'Empty Bowls,' full plates
Twenty-eight students from different ceramics classes are creating clay bowls to be donated in a silent auction held in St. Philip’s church on April 27. [Go to article]
