GENERAL ADMISSION REGULATIONS

In accepting admission to any area of the University, the student indicates his willingness to subscribe to the rules and regulations herein stated and further explained in the student handbook. The University reserves the right and matriculation by the student is a concession of this right, to effect at any time the withdrawal of any student who does not maintain the required standard of scholarship, or whose remaining in the University would endanger his own health, or the health of others, or whose conduct at any time is not satisfactory to the University, or whose presence tends to lower the moral tone of the University, or whose conduct is unbecoming that of a North Carolina Central University student.

The overall responsibility for student conduct lies with the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. The administration of discipline is under the general supervision of the staff of the Student Personnel Services and appointed committees. The immediate supervision of the students and the administration of discipline are entrusted to the Directors of Student Life and their staffs.
