Eagles OnLine (EOL)
Registration
One option for registering for classes is using
Eagles OnLine (EOL) Web Registration for Students.
Registering for classes using EOL is simple!
- Once you have received notification of your
acceptance and received your PIN, open the EOL
homepage by typing in the address: www.nccu.edu
and click on the Eagles Online link. You are
now connected to the EOL homepage.
- Click on "Login to Student Services".
Follow the instructions on the screen by entering
your Student ID number (no dashes or spaces),
then your PIN in the spaces provided and click
on LOGIN. As a security measure, the system
will instruct you to re-enter your PIN. This
will link you to the "Student Services"
page where a click of the mouse can make any
of the listed services available to you.
- To Register: Click on "Registration
and Schedule". This will link you to the
"Registration" screen.
- Click on "Drop/Add Classes" (The
system refers to Adding a course as Registering
for a course. Choose the term by clicking on
the drop down menu and then clicking on the
selected term.
- There are two ways to select a schedule:
a. Using hyperlinks, you may select courses
and a schedule by clicking on "Course Sections".
For each course:
- Select the Subject from the down menu, then
select the desired course from the drop down
menu.
- From the "Available Sections" screen
you will be able to
determine which course sections are available,
including information on whether the course
is open or closed and if open, how many seats
remain available.
- Click on the "Call Number" in the
4th column of the selected section (highlighted
link) and the system will place that course
on your schedule or inform you as to why you
were not able to register for that course.
- If you know the Course Call Numbers of the
courses for which you are registering, enter
them in the table provided, and click "Submit".
The system will process your request and confirm
if it was successful. If you request was not
successful, the system will give you the appropriate
message.
- To drop a class for which you are already
registered, click on the "Action Box"
on your "Currently Registered Courses".
From the drop down menu, select "Drop"
and click "Submit". The course will
be immediately dropped from your schedule.
- To view your current bill, from the "Student
Services" screen, click on "Account
Summary" and follow instructions.
EAGLELINE TELEPHONIC
REGISTRATION
The other option for registering for classes is
using the EAGLELINE Telephonic Registration Voice-Response
system. In addition to accessing grades and registration
information, students will have access to a variety
of options. The EAGLELINE is a user friendly voice-response
design that will prompt students to enter the
action of choice. Easy as 1-2-3, after receiving
acceptance and securing your PIN, a student need
only dial 68EAGLE (683-2453) and listen carefully
to all options prior to making a selection. Be
sure to verify your course selection and double-check
that you have entered the correct call numbers.
You may request a print-out of your course schedule
from the University Registration, or Summer School
office.

Before dialing, write all course call numbers
down to save time.
- For Registration: PRESS 1 (To Register for
courses, drop courses, change course options
or list your course schedule).

check course availability, listen care fully
to the information, then press the number selection
of the term for which you are registering).
