Each year, special honors and recognition are awarded to distinguished alumni by various segments of the NCCU family. For example, the Nursing Alumni Association and the Department of Criminal Justice honor alumni at annual celebrations, and the NCCU Alumni Association Inc. recognizes distinguished alumni and volunteers who share their time and talents in and out of the organization. The MEAC presents an NCCU Distinguished Alumni Award during the annual basketball tournament. Visit the alumni calendar at nccu.edu/alumni for event information.
