Jul 6th Banner Support Notice Procedure
All Banner users should review the Banner Support Notice Procedure. This document outlines the steps users should take when finding Banner-related errors.

Jun 6th Banner Production Available
You can access both Self-Service Banner and Internet Native Banner (INB) using website: http://web.nccu.edu/eol/fac-staff-heads.php
In INB, you will see the new format of Banner making forms easier to read. We have put documentation on the intranet including Computer Based Training (CBT) on Banner 7 topics at http://web.nccu.edu/intranet/banner/banner7x.php .
Your user ID and passwords remain the same. If you have any problems, contact the Eagles Technical Assistance Center at helpdesk@nccu.edu or x7676.
We want to thank all the people who helped in the testing of this major upgrade.

May 26th Banner Production Down for Upgrades
The Banner Production will be down until 8:00AM Wednesday 5/31. We will be upgrading the Banner system from Version 6 to Version 7. This is a major upgrade and will bring many new enhancements for Banner users.
You can find more information on Banner Version 7 on the intranet at http://web.nccu.edu/intranet/banner/banner7x.php.
We will notify all users when Banner Version 7 is available. Thank you for your patience.
