FOOTPRINTS: THE NEW WAY OF SUBMITTING HELP REQUESTS TO ITS

What's Footprints?
This fall, Information Technology Services (ITS) launched a new system for submitting help request. The new system, Footprints, allows you to submit work tickets online.

How does Footprints work?
Simply visit the help desk website, login and describe the problem that you are having. The ticket is then immediately entered into the queue.

What are the benefits to Footprints?
You no longer have to call and try to speak to a technician or worry about whether your request was received. Footprints will automatically send an email response upon receipt of your work ticket. You can also login to Footprints and track the status of your own ticket.

How can I learn more about Footprints?
Training sessions for Footprints will be held on August 15, 19 and 20. An email invitation will be sent to your campus email account. To register, respond to the email with the date and time of the session that you would like to attend. Sessions are first come first serve.
