WIRELESS ACCESS
All students, faculty, and staff can enjoy free wireless internet access via Eagles WiN!, NCCU's wireless network. In order to access the wireless network, you must have a wireless enabled laptop that meets the minimum system requirements.

Who Can Get a Wireless Account?
If you are a student, faculty, or staff member at North Carolina Central University, you have access to the internet via your wireless connection.

How Can I Get Wireless Access?
Access to the wireless network may be achieved through any laptop computer, which has an Integrated 802.11 b/g wireless networking card (for PC's).

What Are the Rules and Regulations for Wireless Internet Use?
As long as your wireless connection is active and connected to the North Carolina Central University network, you are subject to the NCCU's Responsible Use Policy.
Failure to adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Responsible Use Policy will result in the immediate suspension of your NCCU wireless account privileges.

How Do I Get Help with Wireless Access?
Faculty and Staff:
Contact the Eagles Technical Assistance Center (E-TAC) at x7676. Students should contact the ResNet help desk at x7676. Both help centers are designed to provide support to campus users for handware and software problems.

Where are Wireless Zones on Campus?
In order to use NCCU's wireless internet, you must have your computer near a wireless zone. Wireless zone are in several locations across the campus.
