Offers of admission are accompanied by an Intent to Enroll Form and are time-limited. The time limit for returning the Intent to Enroll Form will be noted on the form. Applicants who fail to timely return the Intent to Enroll Form and the $100 non-refundable seat deposit by the deadline indicated on the Intent to Enroll Form forfeit their seat, resulting in the rescission of their offer of admission. Applicants are responsible for making certain that the Office of Admission has current address information at all times. The seat deposit must be paid by money order, cashier's check, or certified check (No personal checks accepted).
In addition to the Intent to Enroll Form and the $100.00 seat deposit, all applicants who accept the Law School's offer of admission must return the University's Medical History Form prior to enrollment. University regulations require the completion and submission of the Medical History Form as a condition of registration. There are no exceptions. The student health and accident insurance is mandatory for all law students unless it is waived. For more information and to download the Insurance Waiver Form please click here.
Finally, no student will be allowed to enroll without providing the School of Law with two official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
