Patricia Ramadan - University Administrative Manager for Administrative Support Division
Patricia Rogers Ramadan is a Durham, North Carolina native and a 1975 graduate of Southern High School. After graduating from the CLC Paralegal Institute in 1988, Patricia opened the first freelance paralegal business in Downtown Durham. She has over 20 years of law office management and freelance paralegal experiences. Patricia, graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science in 2002. In 2003, Patricia entered the Masters in Library Science program at NCCU School of Library and Information Science and expects to graduate in May 2008.
As manager of the Administrative Support Division, Patricia directs, plans, implements and performs highly responsible professional work relative to the day-to-day operation of the division, inclusive of an effective organizational structure to control financial, personnel and general recordkeeping reflecting daily transactions and development activities of the organization. Patricia provides senior-level administrative support to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the Associate Dean for Finance and Administration pertaining to financial activities, human resource management, faculty services, customer care services, and other diverse activities and projects. She supervises and trains administrative support staff and serves as liaison with other components of the University.
Patricia is married with three sons and six grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, traveling and pursuing her education and goals.
