Kevin Foy has experience as a practicing attorney, and has taught environmental law, legal writing, law practice management, business associations, remedies, and torts. He the former editor of an environmental history journal published by Duke University Press, Forest & Conservation History. He is in his third term as mayor of the Town of Chapel Hill.
