Nakia C. Davis is the Clinical Supervising Attorney for the Family Law Clinic.
She is a native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina. She joined the NCCU-Faculty in 2006. She received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997 and J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2001. On December 19, 2005 she established The Law Office of Nakia C. Davis, which has given her the opportunity to concentrate on the area of family law. She served as president of the Durham County Family Bar for the year of 2004-2005 and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Fourteenth/Durham County Bar Association.
