E-MAIL ACCESS:
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR EXCHANGE E-MAIL ACCOUNT
Attention Eagles: On Tuesday, March 13, 2007, Information Technology Services (ITS) successfully migrated to Microsoft Exchange, the exclusive e-mail system of NCCU. This week, technicians from ITS are assisting individuals with the exciting changes.
For those unable to check e-mail from a desktop version of Outlook may do so online today. Users with Blackboard, Web Focus, or Web VPN, may use their username and password combination to log on to Web Mail. Users may also change their e-mail password by accessing the Self-Service Password Management page. If you experience any issues with accessing your e-mail, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 530.7676 option 3, between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm.
Thank you,
ITS Managment
