North Carolina Central University will welcome alumni, family and friends to Homecoming Oct. 13 through 20. The festivities begin with the crowning of Mr. and Miss NCCU and their court on Sunday, Oct. 13, at 5 p.m. in McDougald-McLendon Gymnasium. Admission is free.

Fall semester is a very meaningful time of the year at NCCU. It signifies the transition that students make from summer vacation to readjusting into their scholarly duties. Yet amidst all of the new course loads, financial aid visits, and extracurricular interest meetings that begin our year, fall semester holds a very special experience that we all eagerly await: Homecoming week.
