Things are improving on the sloping hills and verdant green this summer. NCCU is implementing project "Restore the Bowl," in the area traditionally known as the Greek Bowl, just outside of Shepard Library.

The three phase project includes updating the plots of the "Divine Nine" Greek-lettered organizations and the addition of an NCCU plot in honor of the university. An amphitheater will provide seating and a staged pergola will create a venue for...
