A Passion In Film
For many people, the high school years are filled with memories and first-time experiences. From the first dance to the proverbial first kiss, there is always something that makes those years special. For NCCU alumnus Gregory S. Jones, his school days were special because he was an “only.” From kindergarten through high school, he was the only African-American in each of his schools. His experiences mirror those of Idris and Seun, two African-American friends who are now the subject of a documentary film, “American Promise.”
