SPORTDiscus via EBSCOhost Coverage: Provided by the Sport Information Resource Centre, SPORTDiscus offers comprehensive, bibliographic coverage of sport, fitness and related disciplines. This database contains well over 1,200,000 records with journal and monograph coverage going back to 1800; over 20,000 dissertations and theses and reference to articles in 60 different languages.   StatBank via NewsBank Coverage: Statistics covering topics related to demographics, voting, environment, health, employment and social issues for all 50 U.S. states and over 200 countries of the world compiled from more than 350 government agencies, associations, and organizations worldwide. Graphs are available for some topics. Use for tracking trends and numeric reporting of current issues and events. Start Squad via NC LIVE Coverage: Start Squad is an excellent resource for anyone seeking quality web sites for kids. Sites were selected and organized by professionally trained librarians. Start Squad is made possible by a partnership of the State Library of North Carolina and the North Carolina Library Association (NCLA). State Center for Health Statistics via NC LIVE Coverage: SCHS is responsible for data collection and research, production of reports, and maintenance of a comprehensive collection of health statistics. They have published a wide variety of reports in the past and are in the process of adding them to their Web site. Currently included are several compilations of mortality statistics (including one devoted to cancer), the "North Carolina Pocket Guide" of health statistics, "Vital Facts about Life in North Carolina", and a start toward providing pregnancy and birth statistics. State Data Center via NC LIVE Coverage: The North Carolina State Data Center (SDC) is a consortium of state and local agencies that provides information and data about the State and its component geographic areas. Worldwide Political Science Abstract via Cambridge Scientific Abstracts Coverage: CSA Worldwide Political Science Abstracts provides citations, abstracts, and indexing of the international serials literature in political science and its complementary fields, including international relations, law, and public administration / policy. The database is building on the merged backfiles of Political Science Abstracts, published by IFI / Plenum, 1975-2000, and ABC POL SCI, published by ABC-CLIO, 1984-2000. Since 2000, development of the serials list has focused on expanding international coverage. As of November 2005 approximately 1,500+ titles are being monitored for coverage; of these, 67% are published outside the United States.

Coverage: YourJournals@Ovid is a subset of the larger Journals@Ovid database and is limited to only the journals to which Rutgers subscribes. YourJournals@Ovid was created for situations when a user wants to see only the citations to which they have access. In addition to the searchable index, a user has the ability to browse by journal title or by journal subject, and then by issue and table of contents, which link to full articles. Covered subjects are Clinical Medicine, Behavioral & Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Nursing, Physical Sciences & Engineering, and PsycARTICLES. There is also a feature that allows for finding articles which cite a particular reference.
