NCCU Teaches the World!
Welcome to the Office of Development for the North Carolina Central University School of Education. We are very happy to provide advice and assistance to individuals interested in making financial contributions to the school. Gifts through the Annual Fund support today’s critical needs, such as emergency support for students, participation in professional meetings, technological improvements, and instructional needs. There are also many additional opportunities for significant investment in the school through the establishment of endowments. Gifts to establish endowments are an investment in the future. These gifts, whether through cash, securities, life insurance, or charitable annuities and trusts provide critical support in through infinity. A named faculty position, a lecture series, undergraduate scholarships and graduate fellowships are all made possible with endowment gifts. The naming of suites, classrooms, computer labs and the auditorium are also ways to support the efforts of the School of Education. Individuals interested in supporting these areas may do so by contacting Development Officer, Edith Thorpe at ethorpe@nccu.edu or (919) 530-6689.
