



Katrina is a Clinical Supervisor Instructor in the Department of Communication Disorders at North Carolina Central University. Katrina joined the faculty in fall 2007 after being an adjunct professor for 3 years
Katrina received both her B.S. and M.A. in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Hampton University (formerly Hampton Institute.) She has additional coursework in dysphasia, supervision and school administration. She was formerly employed at the University of North Carolina as their Outpatient and Day Rehabilitation Speech Language Pathologist for 3 years, Before relocating she was employed as an adjunct professor at Norfolk State University and worked with Sentara Life Care in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Riverside Rehabilitation Institute in Newport News, Virginia and the Virginia Beach Public Schools as a school based Speech Language Pathologist and department chair.
Katrina enjoys working with community reintegration of adolescents and young adult who have suffered traumatic brain injuries or other neurological insults.
